In collaboration with a few organizations, including the Thomas Armour Youth Ballet, Cape Cole recently helped South Florida citizens make their voices heard via an interactive “Save Arts & Culture” website. Cape Cole also promoted the campaign on Twitter and Facebook.

Why did we get involved in this pro bono project? A proposed $11 million reduction in arts and culture budgets had the potential of endangering several arts organizations in Miami-Dade County—as well as being detrimental to the South Florida economy and tourism.

Regardless of the outcomes of the budget debate, we encourage everyone to participate in the arts - volunteer, support local artists, and attend plays, ballets, and shows.
